 The EDEMET Laboratory Flotation Machine for mineral concentration, is designed to reduce reproducibility errors produced by human operation and mechanical elements, to a minimum.
In order to do that, it has a frequency inverter constantly controlling the rotation speed of the impeller, minimizing voltage variations of the network. It also has an internal and independent air supply for flotation tests, so it isn’t affected either by pressure variations or by contaminants in the air network. This air supply is also electronically regulated, which allows great accuracy and reproducibility.
A big four line, backlit display, allows a clear readout of the variables during the test, making it easy to adjust any parameter.
All of this, added to different accessories and automation modules, make the EDEMET Laboratory Flotation Machine the main equipment of a metallurgical laboratory dedicated to the concentration by flotation of copper or other minerals.
